Super Smash Bros. is a fighting game where you star as different Nintendo characters. Pikachu and Jigglypuff are both players you can play, plus there are cameo appearances from some other Pokémon. I am only listing the Pokémon related things for now.

Pikachu's moves:

Electric shock - B

Head butt - A

Throw - R

Shock and Throw - R + B

Agility - UP + B

Thunder - DOWN + B

Jigglypuff's Moves

Sing - UP + B

Sleep - DOWN + B

Throw - R

Tip- When you put a character to sleep with sing, use sleep and they will take lots of damage.

You Must beat the game on any difficulty to get Jigglypuff.

Other Pokémon

You can see these other Pokémon by getting a Pokéball. A random Pokémon will defend you for a short period of time. (You cannot be hurt by a Pokémon that you release.) You can also go to the door on the Silph Co. level to let out a Pokemon, but it'll hurt you too.

Pokémon - Attack - Description

Onix - Rock Throw - Rocks fall down

Meowth - Pay Day - Sends out a radius of coins

Koffing - Foul Gas - Sends out gas in a radius

Charizard - Flamethrower - Like Fire flower

Goldeen - Splash - Flip Flop

Clefairy - Metronome - Imitates another Pokémon

Snorlax - Body Slam - Falls on scenery (OUCH!)

Hitmonlee - Low kick - Homing kick

Blastoise - Hydro Pump - One way Blast

Starmie - Swift - Shoots out stars

Electrode - Self-destruct - Short range powerful attack

Venusaur - Razor leaf - Green blaster

Charmander - Ember - One way Fire flower

Beedrill - Swarm - Lots come from side

Porygon - Tackle - Tackles opponent (Short range)

Chansey - Soft-boiled - Eggs contain items

Mew - ??? - ???

I have heard lots of things on Mew's move. For one thing, it tells you that you are doing well when you get Mew. Some say that he just uses teleport others say that the move inflicts damage if close enough.

In the Silph Co. level  you can also see various flying Pokémon flying in the distance. You can see Butterfree, Pidgey, Pidgeotto, Pidgeot, Fearow, and Moltres. Thanks to oldnavyfreak13@Hotmail.com for this info.
