f you talk to
the old man in viridian city, he will ask you if you are in a hurry. Say no. he
will show you how to catch Pokemon. Then fly to Cinnabar island and surf on the
east (Right) coast. The screen will turn black for 10 - 15 seconds, then
missingno. or 'M will appear. If you catch it, it will mess up your graphics. If
you give it enough experience, it will evolve into kangaskan.

Duplication
If

'M. Run away. The sixth item from the top of your inventory be duplicated!

Fish Through
Statues
Did
you know you can fish through almost all of the statues found in gyms? Well you can! just
go up to one and use a rod. If you go to the bottom of the statue you can surf in it.

Gary's Room Glitch
After
defeating Lance, stand to the left of him and tap 'Up' on the D-Pad so that you just take
one step forward. Once you do this, turn right. Then walk forward. It will show an image
of you walking up into Gary's Room, but you will be on the LEFT side of the entrance! It's
a strange glitch!

Guy Stuck in a
Wall
First,
deposit your bike into the PC. Go to Celadon City and go to the left where Snorlax is. Cut
the bush above, and go left into the building and keep going left until you are in that
place above cycling road. Go to the left wall and you will automatic walk to a guy stuck
in a wall that says nothing. |
Guy On The Roof
Go
to Cinnabar Island and deposit the secret key to the gym. Now go surf on the right coast
and go up until the gym is just forward and left to you. Now go left you will
automatically
walk towards the door. It will give you the message: The Door Is Locked... There is
temporarily a guy on the top left corner of the house. |
Invisible PC
Go
to the hotel in Celadon City and go right all the way leaving one space between you and
the counter press A. a computer menu should pop up. |
Get Stuck on a
Bush
Cut
down any bush then go where it used to be and save restart the game and load and you will
be stuck on top of a bush. |
Cut an Invisible
Tree
Go to Fushia city and go
left to the place where the girl and the Pokeball are above. Go and cut the tree that
leads to the area and go in. Go left just enough so that the place where you cut the tree
is at the edge of the screen. Jump down the ledge and go back to where the tree was.
There's nothing there!, but if you try to go up there again you are blocked by an
invisible tree! use cut to cut down the invisible tree. Note: Don't let the place where the
tree was out of sight range (The screen), otherwise the glitch wont work.

First you can
dig, now you can't
In Silph Co.
before you defeat Giovanni, you can use dig to get back to the pokecenter. After
you have defeated Giovanni, you cannot.
